Dial in Your Design

Our exceptional in-house designers create a smart, buildable, and custom plan to minimize “unfun” costs (demo, retaining walls, etc.) so you can put your budget towards the parts you’ll enjoy the most. Our builders also weigh in early in the process to ensure the best strategy for your project.

 (We also build projects from other Seattle landscape architects if you already have a design in hand.)

Itemized Bid

We create an itemized bid that gives you the exact cost of your build and the price of each element. No hidden fees, no surprises.

Detailed Construction Schedule

With plans in hand, we create detailed construction schedules and pre-order materials to make sure your project is well choreographed, on time, and smooth. We also prepare for your build by protecting your house, driveway, sidewalks, and notifying neighbors when necessary.

The Fun Part

Now we build! Throughout your project, you will have a dedicated chat thread connecting you with your designer, project manager, operations manager, and horticulturist. We are available at any time for questions or concerns. Your project lead and designer are also available on-site. If any issues or concerns come up, we are immediately accessible and ready with solutions.

Planting & Garden Care

After we’ve cleaned and tidied your space to perfection, we prepare your garden beds and irrigation systems and then pass the baton to our expert garden crew for planting.
